Regisara began as a one-page cheat sheet on the vocabulary of a public study record. People kept asking for more pages.
Our guides explain the structure of a record rather than any single study, so the lessons keep working whichever record you open.
What we leave out
There are no studies to join here, no sign-ups for research, and no medical advice. Your details stay with us and are not passed to sponsors, sites, or recruiters.

Our sources and checks
Guides on Regisara come from the editorial team at The Nelson M Group LLC, who draw on general guidance such as public resources from the National Institutes of Health and the FDA, plus the patient-education pages of university medical centers. You will see a last-reviewed month on every guide, and each is revisited at least annually.
