FAQ

What people ask us most, answered plainly.

Who is behind Regisara?

Regisara is one of the educational information sites run by The Nelson M Group LLC. Everything on it is clinical trial information, written for ordinary readers.

Do I have to agree to texts?

No. Texts are optional, with one unchecked box. You can sign up without ticking it.

Do I have to share my phone number?

No. Leave the email, mobile and ZIP boxes empty if you like. We ask only for your name, a topic and agreement to the privacy terms.

Can you find a study for me?

No. We do not search for, recommend or match anyone with studies. The guides show how to read public records yourself.

Is Regisara a medical provider, study team or recruiter?

No. We do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, do not run or recruit for studies, and nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.

What do you send me?

Plain-language educational notes on the topic you choose. Email is optional, and so are the short texts that link to the guides.

Does anyone see my topic choices?

Only us, and only to send what you asked for. Topic choices are never shared with sponsors, sites or other partners. The Privacy Policy covers how we handle what you send.

Will you tell me if I qualify for a study?

No. Only a study team can decide eligibility, and every study sets its own rules. We explain how those rules are usually written so you can ask better questions.

How do I stop emails?

Click unsubscribe in any email, or write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your information.

Do you run a registry?

No. We do not maintain a registry or list studies. We explain how public ones such as ClinicalTrials.gov are organized.

Do you run any studies?

No. {B} publishes information only and has no studies of its own.

What is the message frequency?

Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

How do I opt out of texts?

Just reply STOP. HELP brings up help information, and [email protected] works too.

Is this site for medical emergencies?

No. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For questions about your own health, talk to your doctor.
